The course is taught by our staff Xactimate® Certified Trainers (XCT) following Xactware’s methodology and quality standards.

This course is a three-day, instructor-led, classroom training. Presentation, discussion, and classroom exercises are directed by a Certified Xactimate® Trainer.

Course Description

The Xactimate® Training Course is designed for new to intermediate Xactimate® users.
The course is taught by our staff Xactimate® Certified Trainers (XCT) following Xactware’s
methodology and quality standards.

Our experienced Xactimate® Certified Trainers will help students develop the knowledge and abilities needed to set-up, dimension, scope, and deliver professional estimates. All this is done while preparing students for the Level 1 and 2 certification exams.

Students that complete this course can receive up to 15 continuing education (CE) credits for Florida Adjusters. The Xactimate® Training Workbook is included with the registration. A Certificate of Attendance will be issued.

Course Environment

This course is a three-day, instructor-led, classroom training. Presentation, discussion, and classroom exercises are directed by a Certified Xactimate® Trainer. Students complete a variety of practice estimates and hands-on Xactimate® exercises. The trainer incorporates the teaching methodology of demonstrate, participate, and practice.

Students Requirements

  • Bring own Windows Laptop with Xactimate® X1 or Xactimate® 28 installed
  • External computer mouse
  • Knowledge of the property loss industry and terminology

Cancellation Policy

A $50 per person charge is applied to all changes and cancellations not initiated by DDA Claims Management LLC. Cancellation refunds: A full refund less $50 will be provided if the cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the Training Course date. A 50% refund less $50 will be provided for cancellations received by DDA Claims Management LLC 15-30 days prior to the
Training Course date, and no refund will be provided if the cancellation is received within 15 days of the Training Course date. Full payment minus $50 can be credited to another Training Course at any time. All no-shows forfeit any refund or credit. DDA Claims Management LLC may cancel any Training Course at any time. Some reasons for DDA Claims Management LLC to cancel a seminar would include among other, lack of participation, weather, and trainer availability.
